Prior to joining QX as CEO, Dan held the same role at Droga5, where he spent 10 years rising through the ranks while working on some of the agency's biggest clients and most notable campaigns. 

Colleen is the CSO at Quality Experience, joining from Droga5 where she spent 11 years and was most recently CSO. Colleen's work has been recognized across major industry awards and she’s been personally recognized by AdWeek and the 4As. 

Cristina’s passion for groundbreaking creativity and her obsessive care for craft have remained constant throughout her career. Her innovative work with top-tier clients such as Microsoft, Smirnoff, and Verizon, has earned her numerous accolades, including two Grand Prix awards, and recognition as one of the top 10 Creative Directors globally by the Cannes Lions Report. 

Ari founded QX after a seven year run at DDB Worldwide transforming DDB into Network of the Year at The Effies, One Show, D&AD, and Cannes Lions. Ari was the most awarded creative in the world at the 2024 Cannes Lions.
