Rick assumed his role as Chief Executive Officer in 1996, after serving as Executive Vice President and then President of HMS Partners. With nearly two decades of client management and business development experience, Rick approaches each client challenge with a unique ability to build innovative and integrated marketing solutions. His account experience includes Procter & Gamble, State of Ohio Tourism, Ameritech, Nationwide Insurance, Perkins Family Restaurants, Target Stores, American Automobile Association, Carnival Cruise Lines and the Florida Lottery. Rick?s leadership skills extend beyond the agency and are reflected in his long-standing commitment to community involvement. He has served on the boards of the Great Lakes Development Symposium, the International Tourism Symposium, the Travel Industry Association of America and the Travel Association of Canada.
